Moving a Barge

After arriving in Honolulu Harbor, Young Brothers ocean-going tug Kāpena Raymond Alapa‘i turns barge Maka‘ala in Kapālama Basin with assistance from Foss Maritime harbor tug Mikioi. This is done just prior to moving the barge alongside Pier 39E, where it will be tied up.
