United States Coast Guard Search and Rescue Demonstration

The following series of images, taken from USCGC Elm, are of a search and rescue (SAR) demonstration by the United States Coast Guard on the Columbia River at Astoria, Oregon.

The rescue training dummy is known as OSCAR.
