Aloha Horizon Pacific (1979)
It is always sad to hear that a familiar vessel has met her end in a breaker’s yard.
The news is stale, but it is worth noting that Pasha Hawaii’s Horizon Pacific (IMO 7617890) was sold for scrap in May 2023. She was towed by Foss Maritime tug Earl W Redd from San Diego, California to Brownsville, Texas to be broken up.
