That’s an interesting catch. I didn’t realize it until recently, but some shipyards don’t have enough deep-water waterfront for all their activities, so have to move dry docks when they need to submerge them to put a ship in or out, and then move them back to the shallow part of the yard where they have good access to it.
Did you identify the vessel in the dry dock? I can’t discern much, but it looks like maybe a Navy or ex-Navy YFN.
