From the 10 August 1917 issue of the Honolulu Star-Bulletin:

Nineteen days out from San Francisco, the Falls of Clyde, Captain William Smith, arrived off port early this morning with cargo for the Associated Oil Co., of 17,500 barrels of crude oil, 500 drums of gasoline and 300 drums of engine distillate.
