Kaiwo Maru to Visit Kahului and Honolulu

The four-masted Japanese training ship, Kaiwo Maru, will sail from Yokohama, Japan for Hawai‘i on 5 April 2018.
According to the JMETS website, her schedule (subject to change) is as follows:
May 2 (Wednesday) – Arrive in Kahului Harbor (Maui)
May 5 (Saturday) – Depart for Honolulu Harbor (O‘ahu)
May 6 (Sunday) – Arrive in Honolulu Harbor
May 10 (Thursday) – Depart for Vladivostok, Russia
UPDATE: A news brief on the JMETS website states that the departure of the ship has been postponed. No new date has been set. (2 April 2018)
The ship has finally sailed for Hawai‘i from Yokohama. (12 April 2018)
