Aloha TS Golden Bear (1989)
Cal Poly Maritime Academy (formerly California Maritime Academy) training ship Golden Bear (IMO 8834407 🇺🇸) arrived in Honolulu Harbor on 20 June 2026. She was assisted by Foss Maritime tug Mikioi and P&M Marine Services’ tug Tiger 7.
Honolulu was a port call on Golden Bear’s final training cruise. The ship is scheduled to be replaced in 2027 by the new National Security Multi-Mission Vessel (NSMV) Golden State.
